Well, I only really have to say one thing right now, this is for the new ranks and for the Guardian rank.
^.^ Haru is a Moderator now.
I also have maybe 3 more people I would love to move to Guardian rank!
Once your a Guardian, not only can you ban, and invite (I'm soon going to take away inviting powers), but they can
Edit the forums with some of there own features, same with the Special members, which you all can be easily.
To become a special member, just post 20 ^.^ YUP I'm forcing people to post..*(^.^)* Laughing

Haru is in charge of the Special Member's once you post 20 times, just Pm him, and he will do it right away!
